Live Music: The Nellies
The Nellies are a “feel-good”, upbeat, Americana band and lead by singer-songwriter, Peggy Lecuyer on mandolin and Gene Lemme, who keeps The Nellies in line on the stand-up bass. They are joined by Kevin Maul, who dazzles crowds with stellar leads on the dobro guitar and Peter Bearup, who adds a splash of country to The Nellies with his sweet, county inspired guitar leads.  The Nellies thread finely crafted harmonies into their songs, along with an energy that you may find contagious. Their fun loving stage presence will put a smile on your face.
