December 1, 2018 – Breakfast with Santa (9-11AM), Holiday shopping (9AM-1PM), Holiday Ornament Hunt, The Giving Tree, and much more.

As sure as winter is coming, so is HAYC3’s 6th Annual Holiday Pop-Up Shop on Saturday, December 1, 2018, from 9AM-1PM.

In keeping with HAYC3’s shop local and sustainability campaigns, the event features local small business owners, craftspeople, artists, artisans, farmers, and even non-profits vending a variety of goods and services. Last year we welcomed over 500 visitors to the Holiday Pop-Up Shop. This year, the Shop will include the following:

Pancake breakfast with Santa • Holiday Wreaths • Thirty One Gifts • Small Song • Fresh Baked Goods • Made in New York Syrup • Beechwood Berry Farm • Hair Accessories • Pies • Running Brook Sugar Shack • Dude Food Cupcakes • Holiday Wear • Holiday Décor • Chalk Couture • Jewelry • Natural Soaps & Lotions • Kid Zone with Bounce House • Perfectly Posh • Children Clothing • Ornaments • Hot Chocolate Bar • Maple Products • Dot Dot Smile • Homemade Jams • Lemongrass Spa • Scarves • Spectacular Gifts • Paparazzi • Gluten Free Health & Beauty Products • Warm Food Comfort Station • and much, much more!

The first 100 shoppers through the door will be entered in to door prize drawing!

  • Breakfast with Santa – 9-11am, HAYC3 Armory, 80 Church Street – Pancakes, sausages, orange juice, coffee & tea – $6.00
  • The Giving Tree  In the spirit of giving and in memory of Richard Tinkham, community members are invited to make a donation (hats, scarves, mittens, etc.) to The Giving Tree. For more information, visit HAYC3.org/giving-tree
  • Holiday Ornament Hunt  Please stay tuned for more information about this fun scavenger hunt.

HAYC3 is currently looking for vendors who would be interested in participating in our Holiday Pop-Up Shop. 

Spaces are 10 x 10 feet and cost $25/vendor. To register as a vendor, please fill out the form and online payment below. Please bring your own table. Set-up begins one hour before the event.
